Sarah has been a member of Design Works® Studio, Inc. for 10+ years and is the team's Design Production Lead. She first interviewed with DWS for an admin position, they soon realized her creative side and moved her into a production/design role. Continuing to grow, she has since moved into a leadership role and leads a team of four. She was born and raised in DFW and in the years before joining the team she had always gravitated towards the creative side, designing ads and invites. As a young adult, her family referred to her as "the creative one." Her favorite part of the job is getting the opportunity to learn and grow as a person and even more so as a leader. One of her focuses is building a strong, fun corporate culture that includes frequent team building where she can be known to say "shots anyone?" Likes to make everyone feel welcome, enjoys living in the moment and appreciates the little things in life. She has a deep passion for art and loves music. She enjoys attending live concerts, 5Ks for a good cause, biking, trying new coffee shops and watching the sunrise/sunset. 
Her WHY (what drives her) is: "I enjoy supporting and inspiring others so that they can be their best self. I want to make a difference in people's lives. My purpose is to give back and be a part of something bigger than myself."
